With corporate headquarters centrally located in Florida, DCA brings a passionate and professional attitude to the customer, acting as the link between vendor, distributor and dealer. After 40 years in the pool, spa and leisure industry, DCA has become the measuring rod for other professional companies in the business.  Their customers admire, respect, and appreciate their standard of excellence.

Devin Cahn graduated from Florida State University with a Marketing degree in 1985, and soon after became the President and sole owner of Devin Cahn Associates, Inc. (DCA). Devin is now the leader of an innovative and prosperous company. He manages a staff of more than twenty highly effective and knowledgeable employees who possess over 250 years combined experience in the pool and spa business.

Stuart Cahn, also Florida State University alumni and Executive Vice President, has been with DCA 25+ years. He pilots the company’s sales force, comprised of Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and Territory Managers with decades of proven accomplishments and notable experience in the Pool/Spa industry.

Chet Williams, Vice President of National sales, started with DCA 20+ years ago. Chet currently manages national sales, OEM, buying groups, and three territory managers throughout the northeast region.

Scott Wallace, Vice President of Florida sales, started with DCA 15+ years ago. Scott currently oversees six territory managers throughout the state of Florida, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean.

Mary DiVittorio, Vice President of SE sales, started with DCA 15+ years ago. Mary currently leads the charge with four territory managers throughout the SE region.

Mike Kraemer, Vice President of Western sales, has been a member of the DCA team for 10+ years. Mike leads seven territory managers thorough the Western region, including Hawaii, Alaska, and the British Columbia markets.

Morgan Cahn, Vice President, has been with DCA for 10+ years. Morgan currently oversees 5 territory managers throughout the TX/Mexico region. 

DCA’s territory managers are strategically located throughout the FL, SE, NE, TX, and West coast markets for maximum territory coverage. This allows DCA to properly represent manufacturer’s across the United States, Mexico, South America, Puerto Rico, British Columbia, and Canadian regions.

DCA maintains a fervent belief in the benefits of Information Technology; therefore, they are constantly taking advantage of the most current methods of communication available. This allows them to be in direct contact with both the manufacturer and the customer on a reliable and frequent basis.
