Headquartered in Tampa, Florida – Devin Cahn Associates (DCA) serves as a trusted link between manufacturers, distributors, and dealers throughout the pool, spa, and leisure industries. For more than 40+ years, DCA has built a reputation for professionalism, industry expertise, and exceptional customer service, establishing a standard of excellence that has earned the respect and loyalty of its customers and partners.

Founded and led by Devin Cahn, DCA has grown into one of the industry’s most respected manufacturers’ representative organizations. After earning a degree in Marketing from Florida State University in 1985, Devin became President and sole owner of Devin Cahn Associates, Inc. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into a dynamic and successful organization supported by a team of 30+ highly skilled professionals whose combined industry experience exceeds 250+ years.

Morgan Cahn, President, has been an integral part of DCA for more than a decade. He oversees the Texas division, national partner accounts, and the company’s day-to-day operations, helping drive continued growth and operational excellence.

Executive Vice President Stuart Cahn, also a Florida State University alumnus, has been with DCA for more than 25 years. Stuart directs the company’s operations team, leading a team of Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and Territory Managers with extensive experience and proven success throughout the pool and spa industry.

Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – Chet Williams joined DCA more than 25+ years ago and currently oversees national sales initiatives, OEM relationships, buying group partnerships, and a team of Territory Managers across the Northeast and Midwest region.

Vice President of Florida Sales – Scott Wallace has been with DCA for over 20 years. He manages a team of Territory Managers serving Florida, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean markets.

Vice President of Southeast Sales – Mary DiVittorio has been with DCA for more than 20 years. She leads sales efforts throughout the Southeast region, overseeing a team of Territory Managers, key account partners, and supporting continued market growth.

Vice President of Western Sales – Mike Kraemer has contributed to DCA’s success for over a decade. He directs a team of Territory Managers covering the Western US, including Hawaii, Alaska, and British Columbia.

DCA’s Territory Managers are strategically positioned throughout Florida, Southeast, Northeast, Texas, Midwest, and Western markets to ensure comprehensive regional coverage and responsive customer support. This extensive network enables DCA to effectively represent manufacturers across the United States, Mexico, South America, Puerto Rico, British Columbia, and Canada.
